Worked with Athletic Director and Naval Academy wrestling staff to develop the first full-time comprehensive wrestling development program in Navy Prep history.
-Planned training schedules, organized competition dates and provided exemplary Officer leadership for ~ 20 United States Naval Academy officer accession candidates.
-Successfully managed budget of $10,000. Collateral duties included Asst. Transportation Officer, Command Duty Officer, and Physical Education assistant, Battalion Activity Fund manager and Command Manage Equal Opportunity Officer.
-Coached two National Champions, six All-Americans and fourth place team finish.
